How do I access my 3AOD?
After you sign up for our service, you'll receive an email detailing how to get started. Just click on the link provided and login using your assigned username and password. Then you’re ready to start using our applications.
Can I access my POP3 email from 3AOD?
If you have a POP3 email account from another service provider, you can setup your 3AOD Outlook client to send and receive emails from that account. You can also export your existing email, and address book to your 3AOD Outlook client.
Questions About the Service
Is any special client software required?
No installing of additional software is required. Most web browsers integrate with Java which means that you can access your account from almost any computer with an internet connection!
Can I access data and files from my local computer?
Our software automatically tracks the drives from your local computer so that your data is available in the 3AOD portal. You will have the option to move files back and forth as you wish.
Will I be able to print?
Yes. Printing from 3AOD is as quick and simple as printing at your home or office.
Are my data and files backed up?
All your email and your data files are backed up twice a day and stored on our servers for 30 days.
Is my data safe from hackers and viruses?
3AOD uses state-of-the-art security technology that safeguards your data by monitoring all activities and files for harmful activity.
What about Spam?
3AOD is also protected by an advanced spam filtering system to prevent your mailbox from filling up with junk. However; if you are using a POP3 mail account, your POP3 email provider is responsible for filtering spam from your mailbox.
Can I install my own software on the system?
No. Installation of personal software is not allowed. If there is high demand for a certain application, we will integrate it into the system.
Can I share my 3AOD account?
You may share your account with friends or family, but only one login per account can be active at once. 3AOD consistently monitors the system for abuse of accounts.
